You need to understand that the people who LIKE gate camping or station camping and wardec'ing industry corps DON'T CARE about PI in any way, shape, or form. They pewpew a few customs offices, think they're pissing people off, and feel good about themselves until the Cheetos bag runs dry. PI matters to people who use it to build stuff (like the guns and ammo the above like shooting), and those affected negatively will just move their operations. It really isn't a big deal.
I'm sure the RvBee thing (or whatever they're called) will turn out to be a metagame of it's own, but it would be nice to (finally) see a coalition of high sec industrials, missioners, and others band together to set up an alliance of sorts (not a real alliance, cuz that would be too juicy of a target) in a given constellation or two, and operate there on a cooperative system.
But the likelihood of that happening is about the same as the Goonies actually doing something right for once.

It's rather idiotic to suggest wardec'ing goons et al by anyone other than another null sec alliance, so do everyone the favor of not trying to support your argument with dumb comments. This was clearly another move by CCP to reinforce the "bigger is better" gameplan for high sec. I'll just move my operations elsewhere when a large group of nullbears move into town; no sweat for me.
